Northwestern Human Subjects Protection Policy Manual

This document is Northwestern University's policy relating to human subjects research. The information is intended for use by investigators, researchers, Institutional Review Board members, members of other NU committees, NU administrators or others who are involved with NU research involving human subjects.

Research that is sponsored or conducted by Northwestern University, including research conducted at the University, Northwestern Memorial Hospital (NMH), Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation (NMFF), the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC), the Jesse Brown Veterans Administration Medical Center (JBVAMC) or Children’s Memorial Hospital (CMH) shall be conducted in accordance with this policy.
